In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jil99. By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full:

• Registering or attempting to register a jil99 Account;
• Depositing funds into a jil99 Account;
• Placing any wager, bet, or stake using funds held in a jil99 Account;

If you are accessing jil99 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. jil99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Withdrawals from your jil99 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before jil99 processes any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200; withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed;
• Standard processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts is within 24 hours, with most processed in 1–4 hours during business hours;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jil99 and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the jil99 platform or any service;
• Technical errors, server failures, or communication network interruptions;
• Loss of data, winnings, or Account access due to circumstances outside jil99's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the jil99 platform;

In no event shall jil99's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jil99's proven gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jil99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jil99 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• The Player is ineligible to use jil99 under applicable law or these Terms;
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity;
• Continued Account operation poses a regulatory or legal risk to jil99.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jil99 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jil99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jil99 support in writing with full details of the complaint.

jil99 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jil99's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jil99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the jil99 platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material clarifications may be made without notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jil99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact jil99 support to arrange Account closure and balance withdrawal.
